If you are having issues here is what the tech people say:

Take the banner code and paste it in notepad, TextEdit or some other plain text editor. Then save it as Banner.html and change the file type from txt to all files.

When saved you should be able to open and click on the link which will track correctly.

Copy and paste the html code to where ever it is you are wanting to use the banner.
